Ergowrap Postpartum Belly Wrap
Made for the weeks after, when everything feels loose and unfamiliar and you want something holding you together. Adjustable enough to keep fitting as your body changes week to week.
Why it works
- Three-panel closure. Wide, soft fasteners let you set the tension exactly, and reset it as things change.
- Two band heights. Standard for average torsos, petite for anyone under about 5′4″ — a taller band on a short torso rides up into the ribs.
- Flat, seamless edges. Nothing hard sitting against a healing abdomen or a scar.
- Sized M to 2XL. Real postpartum bodies, not sample sizes.
- Invisible under clothes. Low enough profile to wear out of the house.
Materials & care
- Soft brushed nylon and spandex with hook-and-loop closures
- Machine wash cold, gentle cycle, fasteners closed
- Lay flat to dry, no bleach or fabric softener
Finding your size
Size on your pre-pregnancy dress size. Choose the band height by your torso, not your overall height: standard is right for most people, petite if you are under 5′4″ or short in the body.
| Size | Pre-pregnancy US dress size |
|---|---|
| M | 2 – 6 |
| L | 8 – 12 |
| XL | 14 – 16 |
| 2XL | 18 – 22 |
Petite height is available in M, L and XL.
After a C-section
The wrap is designed to sit above the incision line, and the fasteners let you avoid pressure over the scar entirely. Wait until your doctor or midwife clears you to wear abdominal support, and stop if anything pulls at the incision.
Common questions
When can I start wearing it?
For a vaginal birth, most people start within the first days once they feel ready. After a caesarean, wait for clearance at your postpartum checkup.
How long should I wear it each day?
A few hours at a time is plenty. It should feel supportive, never tight, and you should be able to breathe completely normally in it.
Will it change my shape?
No — this is a support garment, not a shaping or slimming device, and we don’t claim otherwise. It is there to make the early weeks more comfortable.
Materials & care
Wash cool on a gentle cycle with like colors, then dry flat or tumble dry low. Skip the bleach and the fabric softener so the fabric keeps its stretch.
