Sizing & Care Guide

Sizing during pregnancy is guesswork, so here is ours — and if we get it wrong between us, size exchanges are free for 30 days.

Nursing bras

Order your pre-pregnancy band size and go up one cup. If you are between sizes, size up: compression on a full breast is uncomfortable and unhelpful.

Belly bands and postpartum wraps

Size on your pre-pregnancy dress size, not your current bump — the panels are built to expand.

The postpartum wrap also comes in two band heights. Choose by torso length, not overall height: Standard suits most people, Petite if you are under 5'4" or short in the body. Petite is available in M, L, and XL.

Carriers

All our carriers are one size and adjust to fit most wearers, roughly 24–55" around. You are choosing a color and fabric, not a size.

Pregnancy pillow

One size, approximately 55" tall. Your only choice is the cover: velvet is warmer and plusher, cooling is better if you run hot or are due in summer.

Care

Almost everything is machine washable.

Bras, bands, and wraps — cold gentle cycle in a mesh bag, fasteners closed, laid flat to dry.
Carriers — cold gentle cycle with all buckles fastened, air dried. Heat weakens the webbing.
Pillow covers — removable and machine washable cold, tumble dry low. The inner pillow is spot-clean only.

Skip fabric softener on anything with stretch in it. It coats elastane and shortens the life of the garment.
